Dear Users!
Apple has been very fast and supportive on this and so we’ve now got the 1.3.1 update of iPeng for iPhone in the App Store which fixes the crash on startup experienced with iPhone 1 and 3G and iPod touch generations 1 and 2 in iPeng 1.3.
Sorry for the inconvenience involved and have fun with iPeng!

Sorry, that’s indeed a known issue (actually since 1.2.9) and will be fixed in the next release.

In which decade are you planning on saving my battery?

In the decade when I have clarified with Apple how exactly I can keep playback free or discounted for users of both Apps in a new release.
I don’t want to charge twice but it seems hard to find a solution that is App Store compliant.
